Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities' (GCDD) fall edition of Making a Difference quarterly news magazine celebrates October as National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) with articles on growing entrepreneurship and self-employment for people with developmental disabilities, and covering the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) conference promoting competitive integrated employment. Funding for the DD Councils under the current administration in DC is explained.
