Description

Since her fight as a child to be included in her local school system, Judy Heumann has been a disability rights advocate. Her tireless efforts have resulted in monumental systemic change to global human rights legislation and policies benefiting children and adults with disabilities.

Heumann's decades of international work in the disability rights movement mean that her words will both educate and empower. A question and answer session will follow her talk.

This event is FREE to attend, but registration is required.

CART and ASL services will be provided. Additional translation services are available upon request.

• The person submitting information about the event is responsible for the accuracy of the submission.
• Fundraisers and fundraising events are prohibited.
