Service for Dottie Adams

CORRECTION (Jan 6, 2017): Because of the threat for bad weather in north Georgia and the Atlanta area, the memorial/celebration planned for Dottie Adams will be rescheduled for a later date. We will keep everyone posted on the new date and time as soon as we get more information.

By now you may have heard the very sad news that our dear friend and GCDD Individual & Family Supports Director, Dottie Adams, passed away on the morning of December 27, 2016.

A graveside service will be held today, Tuesday, January 3 at 2:00 PM at Westview Cemetery, located at 5631 Cemetery Rd. Lula, 30554. The family plans to hold a reception at the Lula Train Depot located at 5911 Wall St. Lula, 30554 immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Hall County Relay for Life, Team Dr. Green, in her honor. You can do so by visiting: http://bit.ly/DottieRelayDonation

There will also be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 1:00 PM in Macon at Centenary United Methodist Church, located at 1290 College Street, Macon 31201. A potluck reception will follow in Centenary's Fellowship Hall, located next to the sanctuary. Please bring a dish to share. Childcare will be provided.
