We will ponder several questions: What can families and job seekers do to advance their employment search? What role do a job developer, employment specialist, and vocational rehabilitation counselor play in obtaining a job? Do co-workers, supervisors, and others in a person’s work environment contribute to a person’s success? This is an important topic for parents, providers, and vocational rehabilitation personnel.
