Project description: The primary goal of the Advancing Employment Training and Technical Assistance Center at the Institute on Human Development and Disability at the University of Georgia is to create, sustain, and continually improve employment supports and systems in Georgia so workers with disabilities thrive in an inclusive workplace.
HCBS – Stronger Together Coalition

Project Description: To develop and provide ongoing support for the infrastructure, brand, recognition, strategic advocacy, progress, and impact of the Stronger Together Coalition of GA as a dynamic and engaged Coalition of disability and non-disability-specific organizations, people with disabilities, families, and community members. The project aims to build on the success of the Unlock Coalition by using a collective impact approach to expand and strengthen home and community-based services (HCBS) in Georgia.
Inclusive Housing in Georgia
Grantee: Better Living Together
Project description: The goal of this project is to conduct the requisite pre-development work to support the development of a housing community within the Atlanta Metro area that intentionally integrates people with and without disabilities.

Project description: The goal of Project SEARCH is to prepare young adults with I/DD for competitive, integrated employment through workplace training, education, and mentorship. As of October 2024, the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency will take over statewide support of Project SEARCH.
