Project description: Crimminz and Associates led this project to educate and energize voters with disabilities across the State of Georgia. This project aimed to fund grassroots efforts to promote local civic engagement in historically marginalized and underrepresented communities or rural areas.

School-Based Exclusionary Discipline Awareness and Education

Grantee: Georgia Conflict Center

Project description: The purpose of this project is to raise awareness among parents, educators, and community leaders about alternatives to exclusionary discipline in Georgia. Exclusionary discipline refers to the systemic practices that push students out of schools and into the juvenile and criminal justice systems.

Technology Education Initiative

Grantee: BlueFire, Inc.

Project description: To provide technology training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), their family members, and direct support professionals throughout the state of Georgia. The project seeks to promote independence and self-determination while fostering a more inclusive community.
