Inclusive Justice ADA Title II Training Series

Description

Inclusive Justice ADA Title II Training Series: ADA Protections for Court Users: Who Is Covered & When Documentation Applies (Webinar 4 of 6)

The cornerstone of Title II of the ADA is clear: no qualified individual with a disability may be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, services, programs, or activities of state and local governments, including courts, because of a disability. This single sentence contains essential terms that require deeper understanding. Not everyone is covered under the ADA; specific criteria must be met. Join this training to explore who is protected, what establishes ADA coverage, and how appropriate inquiries and documentation may support the provision of reasonable accommodations.

This event is hosted by the South ADA Center and it will be held on via Zoom.
