GCDD Announces Five New NoFAs (Notice of Funds Available)

The Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) is requesting proposals for initiatives that will help the Council achieve the goals outlined in its Five-Year State Plan.

You will need to submit an application using a web-based system called DD Suite. 

All applications are due by October 6, 2017. This notice was posted on September 8, 2017.

18.1PFS - PUBLIC HEALTH MEDICAID ADVOCACY.
Grant amount is $ 30,000.

18.2 PFS - STORY COLLECTION.
Grant amount is $ 60,000.

18.3 ED - SCHOOL TO PRISON PIPELINE.
Grant amount is $ 35,000.

18.4 SA - EXPANDING SELF-ADVOCACY.
Grant amount is $ 60,000.

18.5 SA - SUPPORTED DECISION-MAKING.
Grant amount is $ 40,000.

In accordance with section 5.7 of the NOFA, GCDD is cancelling NOFA 18.6 (Employment Support Technical Assistance).  It will be reissued after November 1, 2017.

5.7 Rejection of Proposals/Cancellation of NoFA

The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularity or informality in a proposal, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items; when to do so would be to the advantage of the State. It is also within the right of the State to reject proposals that do not contain all the elements and information requested in this document. The State reserves the right to cancel this NoFA at any time. The State will not be liable for any cost/losses incurred by the Applicants throughout this process.
