The Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities' (GCDD) Fall edition of the Making a Difference quarterly news magazine is getting out the disability vote! This issue comes on the heels of the 2020 General Election where Americans will vote for their next president, US House of Representatives, US Senators and State House Representatives and Senators - among many other local officials. This issue provides details on what all voters need to know to get out the vote. October also celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month and GCDD takes an in-depth view into state of employment and how entrepreneurship is the path for many people with disabibilites. It also welcomes a strong panel on leaders in the community who are working on the employment issue; and federal and state public policy insight.
