Five Year Strategic Plan Survey: GCDD Goals, Objectives and Activities

GCDD seeks your input on its five year strategic plan. We invite you to complete our short online survey below no later than July 8, 2016.

Last fall, the GCDD asked you to tell us about the issues most important to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. You responded through an online survey and attended one of eleven forums held in nine cities throughout the state. We heard from over 1000 people. Our members and staff used that information to create five goals that GCDD will work on over the next five years: 

1. Education
2. Employment
3. Formal and Informal Supports
4. Real Communities
5. Self-Advocacy

Now, we want to hear from you again.  Let us know how well we captured what you said about the issues that matter most to you.
