GCDD welcomes and encourages submissions of events to our online calendar. Information is added to the GCDD Calendar weekly. Please follow the guidelines below when providing information:
To ensure consideration, information should be submitted no later than three weeks before the start of the event.
Submissions are posted at the sole discretion of the GCDD Public Information Director and as space / time allow.
The person(s) submitting information to the GCDD calendar is responsible for the content and accuracy of his or her submission(s).
Postings cannot include any material contrary to the mission of GCDD.
Additional information about an event may be supplied through URL links, but detailed contact information that includes a name, phone number and email address is also required in the event clarification is needed for a submission.
