ABLE Act Update: A conversation with a federal and local Advocates

ABLE Act is federal legislation that aims to ease financial strains faced by individuals with disabilities by making tax-free savings accounts available to cover qualified expenses such as education, housing, and transportation. Please join us to learn more about the ABLE Act and how it may help people with disabilities and their families. Marty Ford, Senior Executive Officer, Public Policy – The Arc of the United States, worked for over eight years to get the ABLE Act passed in Congress. She will share her policy expertise and give a national update on what is next for the ABLE Act. We will also get an update from local policy advocates on the ABLE Act in Georgia.
