ADA Anniversary: Millennials, Share Your Story!

The ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) will commemorate its first 25 years on July 26, 2015. In the year leading up to the big ADA anniversary, Making a Difference is collecting stories from people with disabilities and family members who want to share how they feel about the law and why.

ADA Generation Stories

The ADA Generation is comprised of individuals that grew up after the landmark legislation was passed in 1990. Millenials, what has been the law's greatest impact on your quality of life such as your expectations for access to opportunity, education, technology and employment? In 250 words or less, tell us your thoughts and you could be included in an upcoming edition of Making a Difference magazine.

Millennials, submit your ADA Generation Story below to GCDD’s Making a Difference Editor-In-Chief, Valerie Meadows Suber:

Please note: All submissions accepted for publication are subject to editing for clarity, accuracy, length and conformity to the editorial style of Making a Difference.
